The Enfield Strategic Partnership (ESP) brings together key public organisations, businesses and the voluntary and community sector to understand the needs of local people, ask what would make a difference to their quality of life and work together to promote the social, economic and environmental well being of the borough.

The ESP Board is made up of senior representatives from the major local public services as well as representatives from local businesses and the community and voluntary sector. Partners include Enfield Council, Enfield Primary Care Trust, Enfield Youth Assembly, Housing Associations, local business organisations, Metropolitan Police Service, Middlesex University, North London Job Centre Plus, North London Learning and Skills Council and voluntary and community organisations.

The ESP believes Enfield will only achieve its full potential and tackle its most pressing problems, if we all work together using our resources, expertise and effort.

The ESP aims are outlined in the document ‘Enfield’s Future’. This document is their Sustainable Community Strategy and sets out a ten-year vision (2007-2017) for improving quality of life and ensuring that Enfield has " a healthy, prosperous, cohesive community living in a borough that is safe, clean and green".
