LEAP Transition Programme
What is LEAP - Learning, Experiencing, Applying and Progressing?

This programme is for children who may have barriers to learning, including emotional or social needs, through the transition process from primary to secondary school.

It is a joint project between Enfield Parents & Children and Excellence in Cities.

AIM

To work solely on transition issues with targeted pupils, addressing issues of anxiety around transferring to secondary school, with a focus on early intervention. The Project aims to have a holistic approach in terms of working with parents, carers and children together.
